This is why most of the people must get motivated and start to work efficiently. Otherwise, they will always be the ones that will embrace mediocrity, or even worse, the ones that will just work to survive and not to live, of you get my point. How to get motivated? It’s simple, but it involves a bit of attitude and a bit of will. Otherwise, the whole motivation thing is in vain.
First of all, try to make a daily list of goals, or if it is not possible, try to establish a weekly list. Though, you must know all the time what you are looking forward to accomplish. Try to set a realistic list, and not a science fiction one. We’re not in
Star Trek here, therefore keep yourself rational and keep in mind that you are the only one that will make some nice profits after you will accomplish your goals.
Also, at your job, try to work the whole time. Quit yahoo messenger, Facebook and pokerstars! You are there to work, and as a matter of fact, work can always be found. Even if not all the tasks aren’t in your area of attribution, try to accomplish them,
as you will surely be paid for them, also.
Further more, motivation should come from the inner self. Just put it this way: what is the material thing that you have ever wanted? Can you obtain it without doing nothing? In most of the cases, the answer is definitely negative and even more, the only way to obtain it is to get as soon as possible a specific amount of money. And this, folks, can only be obtained at your job, but only if you quit wasting time and start working for the thing that you have always desired 100% of your labor time. Otherwise, you will be forever HOPING, but not HAVING.

These type of jobs are easy, but can be extremely boring, and also, they have a great disadvantage: if the worker breaks something – a glass of whisky, for example -, he will have to pay for it, therefore a bit of dexterity is required.
Finally, teens can search for jobs that are related to drop mail. Basically, the workers receive some ads and they have to
distribute them into the mail boxes from different blocks. These jobs aren’t paid well, but the work level isn’t so high, therefore, the whole task can be fulfilled in a matter of hours. Drop mail won’t make the teens rich, but at least will offer an amount of money that can not be found for free in the trees.
